I had moved the event to Saturday morning Pittsburgh Steelers Hoodie , but after minimal success, I decided to bring it back to Friday night — with a slight twist.I liked the Saturday Six-Pack theme, so I decided to just take the six questions and move them to Friday night. Say hello to Friday Night Six-Pack of Steelers Questions and open thread! The rules haven’t changed...Quick rundown of the ground rules.I’ll ask at least four questions strictly related to the Steelers. The rest of the questions could be about anything.Be respectful.Have fun talking about the Black-and-gold.That’s it! With that out of the way, it’s time to get this party started. Hey, don’t act like you’ve never done a little Friday night drinking. Here goes:1. Fun prediction game to play: Who score the Steelers’ first TD, and who makes the first tackle of the game?2. Are you someone who isn’t a believer in the Steelers? If so Customized Pittsburgh Steelers Jerseys , will a win Sunday get you back on track? Or will it take more than that? Explain what would need to take place before you believe again. 3. OVER/UNDER Bengals sacks of Ben Roethlisberger: 34. Finish the sentence...for the Steelers to win on Sunday needs to have a big game.5. If there was ONE player on the current Bengals’ roster you would want on the Steelers’ roster, who would it be, and why?6.Image
Who are you rolling with? Artie Burns or Coty Sensabaugh? No matter what, always remember...HERE WE GO STEELERS!PODCASTS As the Pittsburgh Steelers prepare to face the Cleveland Browns in Week 8, there should be no one on the roster more excited about the upcoming matchup than T.J. Watt. While he may only have played against 15 different NFL teams so far in his career, it would be quite a surprise if the Browns were not his favorite opponent. Three of Watt’s best four games as a professional have come against Cleveland and the young linebacker is quickly becoming the Browns’ worst nightmare on defense when they face the Steelers. Not only did his third quarter interception in Week 1 of 2017 kill off a Cleveland scoring drive with the defense backed up inside their own 29-yard line in a game Pittsburgh won by three. His blocked field goal in overtime in Week 1 of this year prevented the Browns from winning their first home opener in 14 seasons.Based on the stats he has recorded in three games against them , his numbers would project to a 32 sack season with 133 tackles and five interceptions. Almost half of Watt’s career sack total of 13 has come versus Cleveland and they are still the only team he has intercepted through 21 NFL games so far. Developing a reputation as the man who repeatedly ends the Browns’ chances of winning is a great one to have and the more sorrow he can bring to Cleveland the better.Far from the finished product as a pass rusher, it would be fair to say that Watt is still learning his craft, but the continued improvement is clear to see. Given how well he is playing against the Browns already, it can only be imagined how much he will be terrorizing them in the years to come.
